During my training for the National Deadlift Championships, I suffered an injury. While I was undergoing physiotherapy. I contacted Emma as my recovery was slow and I was concerned that I would not be able for compete. I was open to anything in order to help my rehabilitation. I had not had Reiki, however the session was fantastic. The session worked in tandem with my physiotherapy and a few days later, I was pain free and able to continue training. Emma really helped to change my outlook and the rate of my rehabilitation and healing process. I went on to win the Championships and will be representing Team GB at the World Championships I will definitely be checking in with Emma as part of my competition preparations
